Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

I was arrested and the tv judge told me I qualified for ptr program, but I was bonded before they saw me or program started. They tell me there is a warrent for me because I didnt check back within 24 hrs. Noone told me I had to they just gave me my paperwork and let me out. Dont they have to notify me, what I am suppose to do?

Your release paperwork should have reflected the judge's order regarding Pre Trial Release. If it does not, then the Clerk &/or the jail made an error and it should be corrected immediately to avoid your improper arrest and detention. If the paperwork does include the PTR order and you simply misunderstood your obligations, then an attorney can file a motion on your behalf requesting that the warrant be recalled for the judge's consideration. I suggest you hire an attorney in the county where you were originally arrested ASAP.
