Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
my ex got arrested for a vocc 26 days after being released because he violated a no contact order with me with threatening text messages and is also facing new drug felony charge as well, he has no bond and i am scared he will be put back on probation, because he is a vfosc could he get out without incarceration?
