Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I was arrested 2 weeks ago and released but the cop handcuffed me so tight that i have no feeling in 7 fingers or wrists. Can i sew him?

This is not a criminal law question, so you should talk to a Civil rights attorney about suing. In the meantime, you should document your injuries to show the attorney. You will need proof of damages, so if you have that yes you can sue. But talk to a Civil Rights attorney to find out more.

I agree with Mr. Epifanio. You need to deal with your criminal case first before you worry about a potential civil suit.
