Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I was arrested almost 30 years ago for breaking into a vehicle and attempting to steal the stereo. (Stupid, I know...) I have not had any arrests since then. However I am not allowed to own a firearm. Is there any way I can get this expunged from my record?

If you got a withhold of adjudication, and you have NEVER been convicted of ANYTHING else at anytime, anywhere, then you can get the charge sealed from your record if this was for burglary of a conveyance. Burglary of a dwelling is not eligible to be sealed but that does not sound like your case. Call an attorney to be sure.
