Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
i was arrested 4 years ago the charges were droped in court and now four years later they are charging me 40 dollars in court costs threatening to suspend my license if i dont pay

The charges weren't dropped if they are charging you $40 court costs. You must have pled to something. I'd say you should talk to a lawyer, but it's probably easier to just pay the $40.
