Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Need help asap !!!!
My girlfriend was arrested last week and her bond is extremely high. According to the judge only a lawyer can ask for a bond reduction. Is there a lawyer who can do this for a reasonable fee?
At this moment she is in St. Johns County FL (St Augustine)
Thanks

Re: Need help asap !!!!
Hello: I am responding to your question. My office is in Jacksonville and I occasionally handle cases in St. Johns Cty. I am familiar with the Judges and some of the State Attorneys.
You did not state what your g.f. is charged with, nor what the bond amount is. Was she appointed a P.D.? Also, has she already been arraigned. If I had some answers to these, I could give you some more advice on what will be happening with her case.
Let me know if my office can be of assistance with her case. My fees are always reasonable! I cannot state a retainer amount without knowing the charge against her. Tom Rosenblum, Jacksonville.
