Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I asked a question before, and was not clear in my question or not enough information was provided. The arrest occured part of the the charges where dropped but during the interrogation promises were made if additional information was provided. He provided information, additional charges were added for 2-3 months after the arrest. The interrogration was not recorded the information obtained on the arrest day was not recorded. Can the charges that were added due to the information provided be dropped since there is no copy of the interrogation report?
