Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
We were asked by a self stated petifile for pictures of our sons that were on fliker. During investigating we saw that this person has pictures of semi nude boys. Can he post these legally? The police said yes but everything I read suggest that it is not legal.

If the photos qualifies as child pornography then no he can not post. Otherwise, there is nothing illegal. On the other hand, there may be a civil suit against him depending on the context of the photos. You need to contact an attorney that handles civil claims to see if there is anything you can do. Good luck.
