Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

i askked a uninvited guest to my partyy to leave he became beligerand and grabed my face i punched him in the mouth he then wend and flipped my 300 pound air hockey table onto my feet i moved to confront him he wrestled me to the ground punching my head i was able to punch him in the nuts to gain freedom then 3 punches to his face he stumbled out the door as the police arrived his girlfriend then lied and said i hit her. thus i was charged with 2 counts of battery for protecting my self and home how do i get the charges throughn out as he only recieved 1 count of battery all charges were misdemeaners and i have a been served with a no contact order while he was not i have no priors in the last 13 years and they are in another state....help i dont have the means to pay the 2500 attorneys want to charge to defend this. please help

You either need a great public defender or you need to save $2500 and get a good private attorney.
