Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
i was assaulted last weekend my an anknown male in orlando florida. in the process my purse was ripped from my arm and was stolen. containing my phone ID credit cards etc. the purse itself was expensive. i was just wondering if there is a way to make the guy reimburse me for everyhting i have to replace. i have already begin the process of pressing charges...

Absolutely you can get everything back. You are entitled to everything that was taken and not recovered. The value is what it is presently worth. In other words, if you have a $200 purse stolen but you've owned for it five years, you're not going to get $200 but you will get what it is worth today. Show receipts to the prosecutor and you will be able to get back all that you lost.
