attempted burglery
being drunk & trying to go into wrong house..thinking it was my brothers house.
arrested for attempted burglery
truly not guilty.
what can happen

They have to prove intent to commit a crime so probably nothing but these are the kind of situations where it is best to have an attorney aggressively working your case. What county is this?
