Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
For attempted murder charge, is it mandatory that you give two theories? one is premed murder & second is felony murder, as jury instruction to juries?

Not quite sure your question, but the defendant doesn't have to give any theory. The prosecutor has the burden to prove guilt whether it be with one theory or twenty theories.
