Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Attorney /client courtesy intelligence
I met my attorney,in his office, through an appointment,to discuss motions. He stated that he would put in the paper work. For 4 days he has not returned my calls. Could this be signs of premature mental probelems ?If so...what route can i take or who can i write to ensure that the attorney does as he said he would do and/or answer his clients phone calls? In other words who can i get to remind him every day on a daily basis to do his paper work and to return his clients phone calls. Is there a special jurisdiction or commission that i can write to,that will write a special letter to him to fullfill the duties of an attorney, with intelligence? I do keep a journal on the attorney.

Re: Attorney /client courtesy intelligence
I think you have a very unrealistic understanding of the attorney cleint relationship. He does not have to answer every call you place. 4 days without a call is not mental illness. If you were my client I would withdraw from your case.
