Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Is there any attorney out there that would take on Doctors prescribing oxycodone and methodone as a treatment but knowing they are addictive and have the scribers coming back and getting hooked. Some one has to be liable for the consequences., that it has taken on my son and others that I know of.

This is a civil matter (not criminal).
You should consult with a Medical Malpractice attorney. Only if the doctor's treatment fell below the standard of care accepted in the medical community would the doctor be liable. Additionally, it is possible that the drug companies can be held responsible for known, dangerous side effects of the medications which it failed to disclose to consumers. However, I am relatively sure that "addiction" is stated as a side effect of prescription narcotics. Your son knew the drugs were highly addictive before taking them, did he not?
