Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
attorney not doing his job took my money and ran
I hired a lawyer to help get my fiancee out of prison.He was paid in may 2008.This is January 2009 and have yet to see him do anything.

Anyone who told you he could get someone out of prison was lying unless there are unusual circumstances. If you are sure that he hasn't done anything at all,contact the Florida Bar.
