Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Attorney paid $11,000 retainer in a very serious criminal case. 2 hours later my son was arrested and interrogated for hours. Attorney spoke with arresting police officer but never went to interrogation. I need help with research techniques. Bar is conducting review but attorney says my son never said "I need my attorney" so he was not required to attend interrogation?

Since you have contacted the Bar, it would probably be improper for any attorney to comment on the situation. Let them do their review and it may help answer your questions, and if you don't like the results then contact an attorney who may be able to pursue a civil claim.
