Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
My attorney refused to argue a Florida Supreme Court case in my defense. As a result, I was three times Illegally arrested and imprisoned. The case in question is directly on point. At a minimum, I'd like my money back. Any attorney out there care to bite into this one?

You cannot just go argue. You must file an appeal. Do you want someone to bite into that or are you trying to get your money back? I'm sure that is controlled by the contract you signed. Let me know if you would like my help.
