Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
what if
what if the attorney does not let us no when the trial is
and he has not told us anything about the case
and the person who is in jail
they told him nothing!

I am assuming that the person in jail is the client and you are not. The attorney should keep his client informed at every stage of the case. He is not required to likewise inform other non client parties but may do so.
