What are attorneys or a person authorized by law to make investigation not supposed to asked at a subpoena of a battery case against a minor?

Not exactly sure of your question, but any person, including attorneys can ask almost any question when subpoenaed. There are limitations such as attorney client privilege, or other privileges, such as Fifth Amendment protections, but these ONLY apply if you are facing criminal charges by answering. It would be a good idea to talk to an attorney about any limitations.
