I used my aunts social security number
i USED MY AUNTS SOCIAL SECUIITY TO OBTAIN CABLE. HER PARTNER WHO SHE WAS LIVING WITH FOR 10YRS FOUND OUT AND HATES OUR FAMILY MY AUNT PASSED AWAY 5YRS AGO , AND SHE IS HARRISING ME THREATHING ME AND WANTS ME TO SIGN A STATMENT AND FAX IT TO A DECTIVE WHOM I GUESS SHE FILED A COMPLAINTIN TAMPA. SHE LIVES IN N.Y AND i AM IN TAMPA FLORIDA. i DISCONNECTED THE CABLE TURNED IN EQUIP AND PAID BILL. WHAT COULD HAPPEN TO ME .

It depends what you are charged with. It could a federal charge becuase cable is governed by the FCC. Or it could be a fraud charge in state court.
