Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I was in a automobile accident i received a citation for careless driving, leaving the scene , l hit a garage door of a house I panicked moved the truck across the street to my drive way and went right back before the police were called, what should I do.

The careless driving ticket is less serious than the leaving the scene. However both of these charges are difficult to prove without witnesses. You also might have a defense to the leaving the scene. You should consult a lawyer, while you are unlikely to face jail time on a charge like this, they can have major repercussions on your DL record and insurance.
