Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
availablility to a law library and computer
Does an inmate, representing themselves, in St Petersburg Florida have access to a law library and computer in order to research state and federal court cases, statutes, legal opinions, periodicals and free telephone support? Also is a police report that contradicts a deposition be submitted into evidence or is it hearsay?

There is no constitutional right to a law library, so it depends on the facility and you would impeach the witness with the depo.
