Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
How to a avoid a misdemeanor on my record
I was arrested this evening for allegedly serving alcohol to someone underage, who was working for ABT (alcohol, beverage, and tobacco) here in Florida. I have NEVER been in trouble before, I'm a good student and a Marine Corps Veteran. How can I keep this from going on my permanent record?

Speak with a lawyer. Your county may offer some type of a diversion program. Diversion is similar to probation but, if you successfully complete it, charges are dropped. Also, you may be able to plead to the charges, then have your record sealed. There may be other options in your area as well.
