Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
getting back bail money
I am going to turn myself in soon. If someone loans me money to post a cash bond for myself and I end up going to jail after all of my court dates, what happens to the remainder (if any) of the money? How can I retrieve it from behind bars?

Re: getting back bail money
if you post a cash bond ( you pay the whole amount in cash) the money can be returned when the case is closed regardless whether you are in jail. however, you wont be able to get the money if you are in jail, so have someone on the outside post it for you.
