If the no contact is court ordered then you will need another court order to have legal contact. If the no contact is court ordered but only for a certain amount of time then it will be ok when it expires or you can seek a court order to change it now. Conatact will not be granted without the other spouse wanting the contact.
My firm handles motions to reinstate contact.
