Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

bad choice

My son drove his friends to a house, dropped them off and came back to pick them when they called him. His friends broke into a home and stole things from the house. he later went to a pawn shop and helped them pawn some of the things. My son has told the cops everything. the cops have arrested one of the boys that went into the house. My son has yet to be charged with anything. I told him not to speak with the cops anymore until we get a lawyer. what can he be charged with and what are his options? this would be his first offense, he wants to join the military. Does he have a chance? he is 18 years old.please help thanks

Re: bad choice

You are wise to get him a lawyer. There are too many questions I have to be able to adequately advise you as to what is or may be going to happen to him. What county is this? I should be able to help you/him and am willing to see you or speak to you on the phone free of charge. I then would be able to quote you a fee.
