what does
waives arraignment/ req jury trial apd hunt filed mean?

Every criminal case goes through an arraignment which is a court date where the judge reads the formal charge and a plea is entered. Defense attorneys routinely do not require clients to appear at arraingment and file a waiver and request a jury trial.
