Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

bail or not???

hi my bf has been in jail almost a month but he does has a bail. his courtdate is comming up. he got arrested for having 2 oxy cotin's on him, he does has a record. but if i bail him out and when we go to court will the judge lock him up all over again? he did say he didnt want probation can any one give me any pointers??

I would say if he doesnt want probation, and eventually either takes time served or more jail time, giving your money to a bondsman would be a waste. Do it only if you have the cash which you get back if he doesnt flee.
