my son was just bailed out in lee county and lives in osceola county, can he go back home to work aor does he have to stay hear until his arraignment?

Take a look at his conditions of release, if it indicates that he can leave the county or does not speak to the issue, then he can. If not, he needs to ask permission from the judge.
