Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
i was baker acted they took my firearms the baker act was for 72 hrs i was released after 24hrs i was not charged with any crime and no protective orders were filed against me or any other charges thanks

Not sure what your question is, but if you mean can you possess a firearm, the answer is it depends on whether you were ever adjudicated incompetent or if you have ever been convicted of a felony. If the answer is yes to either of those then you can't, otherwise you should be able to possess a firearm. However, you should not take my statement as the final say and you should speak with an attorney.
