What would a ballpark sentence be for a misdemeanor of Flordia Statute 893.13 6(b),. first offense?

provided you mean posession of less than 20g of marijuana the sentences vary from judge to judge. The least severe would be a withhold and a court costs (between $250 and $600+ depending on county) the most severe is probably a withhold plus probation with a substance abuse screening and random drug testing. Jail time is very unlikely.
