Is banishment from a particular county in Fl legal? How do I go about changing it?...I plead to court back in January and the judge gave me Probation and also made terms of probation that I was not allowed to return to Brevard county,Fl is that legal? I have had several attorneys tell me no ...how do I change this

You need to get an attorney to go to court for you and have the attorney show the judge case law showing that it is not legal.
