The bank closed my account because I deposited a check from a closed account. I didn't know it was closed and they didn't lose any money. Could I be charged?

If you mean criminally charged, then the answer is you shouldn't be. I have seen it happen, but even if charged, if the state can't prove you had knowledge of the closed account, then you should not be found guilty. Of course, you should talk to an attorney in person either before you're charged, or at least when you get charged.
