can i have a battery/ domestic misdemeanor also a felony criminal mischief sealed or exponged from my record

Domestic batterys are not allowed to be sealed or expunged. However, if you got a withhold on the criminal mischief and you have not been adjudicated on anything else (in other words dismissed or a withhold of adjudication), including the domestic charge, then you could get the criminal mischief charge sealed.
