Battery - domestic violence

Can I file a civil suit against prosecutor/Judge for false accusation of DV/battery? What kind of lawyer do I hire who is not afraid to fight for my rights?

You would never win. I cant imagine any lawyer taking such a case. Prosecutors are immune from that sort of litigation.
