Battery
I would like to know what to expect from the court with this charge of battery being brought against me.I head butted a man once and it happened in Florida,Orange County.

Battery is a first degree misdemeanor in Florida. The maximum penalty is one year in jail and or one year of probation. I would be interested to know how long ago this happened? You may have several defenses, such as the statute of limitations, unavailability of witnesses, or a self defense.
