Battery on an Law Enforcement Officer
Is it possible to reach around a cage in a law enforcement vehicle
to grab an officer in the shoulder and neck area? Can you reach this far around a cage? This person was in/out of consciousness when placed in the back seat, not buckled in nor handcuffed. Is there an defense in this situation?
