Every county is different in how they handle battery cases. Furthermore, if it is a domestic, that changes things as well. If not a domestic, then you are probably looking at one year probation, restitution (if any), fines and costs in the range of $500 to $1000, anger management classes. Of course, your prior record may mean jail as well. It is important to talk to an attorney who knows how to handle cases where you are at.
