I would like to know what battery touch or strike means and also: Act that could result N P/M INJY. Thank You so much for your help.

Battery simply means a person intentionally touched or struck (hit) a person against their will. This is statute 784.03. N P/M INJY is short code for "no permanent injury", meaning that this charge is a first degree mm, punishable by up to one year in county jail.
