Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I have a bench warrant in Florida for a DUI from 2006. I want to fly back for a small family vacation. Will I have police waiting for me when I get off the plane? I am not flying into the county where the warrant is issued. Thank you for your help.

As long as you do not run into any police officials, then nobody will be there to arrest you. However, the government is so far into our lives nowadays anyway that you never know when that police contact will happen. For example, what if your driver gets stopped for anything and they run your name. You will then be arrested. I'm sure you know this but the best thing to do is to contact an attorney in Florida and they may be able to resolve the case without you having to come to court.
