Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
i have a bench warrant for missing a court date on a misdeameanor charge. i also have a seperate court date for a traffic ticket. will i get arrested if i go to the traffic court date?

Probably. You should get an attorney for both charges and you may be able to get the warrant withdrawn.
