Bench Warrant

I was on probation for DUI 1st offense, I was involved in drugs and was forced to leave Jacksonville Fla,fearing for my life I took off, I found out I have a Bench warrant for my arrest,this was in 1989 can I apply for some sort of Amnesty or clemency so I can get this ''Taken Care of''

I cannot get a driver licence here ......

Ive been sober and clean for 11 years

You will need to go back and take care of things. Consult an attorney either here or in Florida and see what can be done. It may not be as bad as you think. At least you will not have to be afraid of this thing anymore.
