Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I have a bench warrant in another state from 19 years ago for misdemeanor paraphernalia/under the influence.. Not sure how they charged with paraphernalia since I was at my brothers house.. I am just now learning about the warrant when I applied to purchase a gun.I have been in Tampa Fl for 17 years with a cleab record. My brother has since passed away. I can not travel to NJ for this... Can you handle it and what would be the cost?

You need to talk to a NJ attorney to help you. A Florida attorney would only be able to help if the charge happened here. You should repost your question with New Jersey in the location.
