Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
My B.F. was released from prison in March of 2012 he was on Parole we moved out of the state in August and I just did a background check and his org. charges are showing. My Question is when you do not complete parole can they open your case as though you did already serve 1.5 yrs?

I'm assuming you mean probation since parole in Florida was abolished many years ago. So if you mean probation, then the answer to your question is no he does not credit for his time on probation. He now faces the maximum time left on his sentence, if it is parole, or if probation, then up to the maximum allowed by law according to the degree of felony he had. Since there are a lot of variables here I strongly suggest you get an attorney in the area where the charge originated just to get things straightened out.
