Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I have a biased judge that refuse me to go to my father's funeral by saying he won't know you're there anyway.

Is this a question? There is not a rule or case that would require a judge to grant your request. The reasoning does sound insensitive but it doesn't sound like bias. If you have a legitimate reason to believe the judge is biased you can request the judge be recused but there is no guarantee a different judge would feel differently.

What is your question? I am sorry to hear about your father and the judge could have been more delicate but there is no law saying the judge must grant your request.
Good luck,
