Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
bill of particulars
Bill of Particulars infants 211 states that the state or victim has to be more specific and come up with dates of allegged incidences and that THEY have to prove these things happened on these dates. But, how can anyone prove it or disprove it if the victim and accused lived together?

Im not sure what you mean. Victims and defendants very often live together.
