Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

biological parent filed charges on me. I was arrested for 6 counts fraud/swindling and ID theft (3 each) for credit cards she sent to me in MY name that she stated to TWO individuals that she sent them to me to have and to use for what i wanted or needed at any time AND she had also at that time given me power of attorney over ALL her affairs. How can I fight this?

You fight this by talking to an attorney. Your attorney can explain what appropriate defenses you have to your case. There may be civil liability for breach of fiduciary duty (in other words, while a power of attorney gives power over one's affairs, it is by no means unlimited, and you have a fiduciary duty to take care of their financial affairs that you would want them to take care of yours). Further, your parents can't file criminal charges against you, only the state can. It is crucial to talk to an attorney today.
