Blackmail
my family are being blackmail by my brothers wife, which are now seperated and in the middle of a divoice. She is calling us and demanding we pay her money or she will bring charges against my brother for messing with their grandchildren, she has made these threats now for years until my brother finally left and file for divoice. I don't think we should pay her anything but I don't want my brother in jail for something he did not do. the child is 10 yrs old and told him that she knew how to lie good and he would be in trouble because the courts belive kids more than adults we are at our wits end and need some legal advice.
