Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Bogus warrant issued
warrant was issued for me for something that was already over with. Warrant issued March 2006 I found out February 2008. I was trying for 2 years and 8 months to get refund for overpayment to DOC state of Florida. Person that issued warrant is retired now State of Florida. Overpaid over 1000.00 a week ago I received a check for 762.00 from State of Florida. Do I have the right to sue persons issuing bogus warrant due to the fact it was a personal issued because DOC agent indicated i question her authority. Please advise
