Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
when on a bond and you go back to jail and had made a payment plan with bondsman can bondsman not let me go off the bond and is it a breech of contract. and can he make me to finish paying off bond even if the bondy is in jail. i paid the bonds man 800.00 half and pay 150.00 a week do i still have to pay him the remaing if the defendant is in jail

It depends on the terms of the agreement with your bondsman. They have the right to go off bond, but if you have other collateral they may accept that in lieu of the payments you have been making. Remember though, they can only keep 10% of what your bond is.
